Fraser & Housty, Attorneys-at-Law (FHYLaw) is part of the S.G. Fraser & Co. Group of Companies. The chambers was established in 2004 by its co-founders, Stephen G.N. Fraser, S.C. and Teni E. Housty, LL.M., MBA, for commercial legal work and consultancy across Guyana and the wider Caribbean.

Stephen Fraser and Teni Housty co-founded the chambers for commercial legal work and consultancy. Advocacy includes the courts of Guyana and the Eastern Caribbean, the Caribbean Court of Justice and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
Family, probate and conveyancing remain part of the practice. They are not the public face of the chambers.
